A: 2301 Midwestern Parkway facing Taft!
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are closed Sundays and Mondays. We open Tuesday - Friday from 10 AM-6 PM. On Saturdays, we open at 10 AM and close at 5 PM!
Q: Are all items online and in-store?
A: The items online are the ones in-store however not all in-store products are available online.
Q: Are there other ways to pay for items?
A: Yes aside from our online orders, you are welcome to call 940-692-0445 to pay over the phone or we accept PayPal!
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: We try to ship out the product within 3 days of ordering. Typically, it will take between a week to two weeks depending on the location.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number once shipped?
A: We keep all tracking numbers in our books if you would like to have the tracking number please write to us on the website.
Q: What if the item I purchase is out of stock in-store?
A: We will give you a full refund on the product however if it’s local pick up, we can refund or you will receive store credit.
Q: How am I eligible for free shipping?
A: Any orders over $99 will be granted with free shipping!
Q: How do I get a discount?
A: When we put items on sale, you will be automatically be discounted in checkout. No need to type in a discount code!
Q: I live in town, how do I pick up in-store?
A: When you check out there is a designated area for a code. Type IN-STOREPICKUP to pick up local.
